There is absolutely no communication or resolution in a week for a damaged product that I received. I was told 24-48 hours and now it's been a week and nothing. I have a damaged product that I'm still paying for and not one person can get back to me.
Preferred solution: I was looking for a replacement but am tempted to cancel the whole order

I only received one of my items. I can't get ahold of customer service because I can only email or text, and then wait and hope they reply.
There should be a number where you can actually talk to someone. It clearly says that only the JBL headphones were delivered; there is nothing about the laptop.

I purchased for almost 500 dollar with this item LUX Collection Men's Gold Plated CZ Encrusted Franco 7mm Bracelet in 925 Sterling Silver - 8'. When it arrived the image which I purchased is not the same and when I search it this is diffirent.
Heres what I purchased. And the actual isnt the same and its frustrating.
Money is not easy to earn. So please fix this

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I didn't have a problem with my order just my direct deposit

'It's not letting me set up my direct deposit. I even called my HR and had them set it up for me. Now, I'm trying to order my son's Christmas presents.

I'm missing the watch and perfume I ordered. The men's cologne has arrived, but the other two items are saying delivered and I have not received them.
It's showing my order was complete in my Perpay app, but won't let me view the tracking individually.
Can someone please respond to this ASAP? This is the second item I'm being charged for that has not arrived.

I cant change anything on my account I cant get any help with it The bank accounts have the wrong name for the account holder so now I cant get the banks verification. So I can get the money out that wasnt supposed to be sent to y'all.
I paid my loan off two weeks ago.
Now I have two bill that were due and is late cuz I cant get the money back. It be nice to have a phone number to call to talk to someone and not just email.

I was instructed to set up direct deposit through my company. After doing so, I was unable to get in touch with anybody to start my order, and funds are scheduled to be withdrawn in a couple of days.

I made a order weeks ago and PerPay is take the money but I have no delivery date or time for my package and I try getting in contact with PerPay but there is never a real person you can talk to and you have to wait days to get a response if you email PerPay if you ever get a response back I have been look for my package for week Ive never had a date or time when its coming and cant get touch with no one to help PerPay is not a good online shopping app and they should be removed its like PerPay is stealing money from their customers and the customers are trying to help the company grow I am very displeased and I wouldnt recommend this shopping app to anyone

I have never been late or missed a payment in fact my payments are early and more than expected and I have plenty of availability in my account yet I'm refused every time I try to order

Verified Reviewer |I’ve been trying to make my payment. It deposited change into my account. Then took out only change. Instead of the $65 for the drier. It dumb. We should be able to make regular card payments.
Lets us make payments off of our debit/credit cards. Not just whatever is going on with the ADP deposit

I started an order and ended up canceling it but theyre still taking money out of my check I need my money back

- If you cancel there no way to get your money back
