I want to start my payments for my order
I want to start my payments for my order. My employer uses ADP for our payroll, but they have no clue what Perpay is.
I don't understand why they don't know, so how do I go about starting payments with you guys for my order?

Absolutely no help, not even the live chats help, so I thought speaking to someone would, but this line was so helpless. As great as Perpay is, their customer service is absolutely no good.

Cancelling a order
I had an order for an Apple Watch and AirPods. I want to keep the AirPods and cancel the Apple Watch. It charged my card already, so I need a refund for the AirPods payment as well.

Not happy at all I need to return an item because its to big and its been just ridiculous trying to do it. Now Im paying for something that I cant even use I will never order again from Perpay. And onces Im done paying for what I ordered I will be canceling this account I dont want it anymore

I filled out the form to return item, it wont let me upload the picture of the delivery package it came it. Saying it was rejected.
These items I do not want, neither be charged for something I am not happy with.

Terrible customer service and shady business practices
This company has ignored my emails and my calls. Its impossible to get in contact with anybody and on top of that.
They love to put up a front online that they will send you your item as soon as they get their first payment but when they get that first payment, they hold your item waiting for your payment They have ignored my all my emails and when they do answer one they dont even answer my question or even help me in any type away. Its like Im talking to a computer.

I can totally relate because I’m going through the same thing as you are right now and it is quite frustrating since. I have literally contacted hello customer customer service continuously and have been disappointed and completely frustrated by the lack of them responding and every time I do hear back from someone, which is rare, they keep pawning me off to different n people instead of one person handeling my issue and every time I have to keep telling what my problem is.
It is like no one is even actually reading my emails and they don’t answer my questions and even help at all. They actually emailed me this last time and said the problem was solved and they had fixed my issue, so I went and tried to login and heck nope they didn’t fix anything at all I still can’t login and it still says my account is inactive. This is the lady message I’m sending and if I get no help then I’m done with Perpay for good.
If this is how they normally ntreat their customers then that’s *** business and I can see they don’t give a crap about their customers at all. I am very upset and disappointed

Will the card be shipped or not? I want to know, will I get a physical card?
Please, just need to talk to somebody that's a human. Please, will I receive a card and will it be soon at the address in my profile? I need to know ASAP; this will help me out tremendously.
Will it be used like an ATM? Because I need it ASAP for me, please.

They do know exactly what perpay is because they are the payroll provider that has always been connected to my perpay
