Didn't get no call

I am not able to push the button to submit the application that says I am approved for the credit card.
Preferred solution: I’m just not able to submit the part where is says that you are a proof for the credit: it’s not letting me submit yes that I excepted

Unresolved payroll allotment payments
I placed an order with perpay on January 29, 2025 for a 65 LG tv. I set up Payroll director deposit.
On Thursday, January 30, I checked my bank account and only $3.67 was deposited into my account from my weekly paycheck amount of $362.72. The perpay allotment took $359.05. My entire paycheck. I havent gotten any resolution to this issue since I contacted them on January 30.
A couple of emails were sent to me. There hasnt been any follow up from perpay.

Not letting purchases while on LOA but still collecting payments from debit card saying no purchases can be made off of debit card
Im currently on maternity leave and wanted to purchase a vacuum and was told I couldnt because I dont have direct deposit coming in yet they are taking payment for part orders from my debit card.
User's recommendation: If your on LOA you can’t use your account at all but they will still collect funds

I need to change address
You can never talk to someone on the phone, and they automated text bot is trash.
They need a whole new system you should be able to get in contact with a live person

Poor communication
I received a jug of Tide laundry detergent and it had leaked out into the box it was shipped in. There was approximately 1/3 of the laundry soap lost.

I want the rest of my money, or I'm going to find an attorney and sue because I need my money. I'm homeless and I'm hungry and cold.
Every time I try to get in contact, I can't because you're not responding. I confirmed my account, which is 5846.
I want my money. If not, I'm going to the press, media and more, claiming that you are stealing a homeless woman's check/money.

My order
I was looking to buy an Xbox for my daughter on Per Pay. I've purchased items there before without any issues.
I was also considering buying a new vacuum and carpet shampooer at a later date, so I added them to my cart in order to compare them to others. However, Per Pay submitted my cart even though I had not yet completed or submitted my order. I noticed in my emails that I was expecting a delivery from them. The only item I intended to buy at this point was the Xbox.
They had two shampooers and two vacuums being delivered instead, but no Xbox. I didn't order even one shampooer or vacuum, let alone two of each. Now, they are deducting money from my paycheck for items that I didn't order, and my poor daughter didn't even receive her Xbox for Christmas. I couldn't find a way to speak to a real person at Per Pay.
I'm finished with them, and they will have to repay all the money they took or they will face a lawsuit.
I haven't received anything from them and I no longer want anything from them. Don't order from them.

I need my $184 reversed and sent to my bank account that I have on file
My pay check was deposited this morning and the only payment that was suppose to be paid was $42 and I withdraw the rest. But you all put my whole paycheck without my consent.
I Have been trying to get in touch with perpay since 7am this morning and I have not heard anything back. I need the rest of my money.

I think it's a shame that you can't talk to anyone about your account to see if they can even help with the issue. It would be nice if I could speak to customer service to help me with my issue.
Everyone doesn't know how to get on the computer and do what you all are asking for us to do.
I need help because I really want my account. Thanks.
