They told me they would honor 90 days for paused payment on 1/22/25. As of yesterday, 2/9/25, I have received collections notices again even though they said 90 days.

No one is reaching out and I can't reach them.

I have emails that state I have 90 days to pay due to medical issues and not being able to work. They have started sending daily texts and emails now even though I have 90 days.

I didn't tell them to get money out of my account. That was my rent money.

So I bought a high dollar golf driver from them which I got overcharged for anyway 400 something dollars turns around I want my money back accidentally ordered a tablet by asking please don't send the tablet give me the money instead well they send the tablet it works for two and a half weeks then stops working I'm still trying to get my money back right now and its been bout a month ago when I started trying to get the overpayment money back

For a week, I've emailed and also initiated a live chat, but I've received no real answers, just automated responses. Emails say, 'Happy to help,' when no help was provided.

They stated the issue was resolved when, in fact, it wasn't. It seems like a work-from-home, no-phone type of job. That's fine; I'm not knocking that, but six or seven people not resolving or even attempting to is ridiculous! They just send an automated response.

I've seen people be active in the chat and not even respond for over an hour.

Then, when I email them, they respond, 'Happy to help, please enter the chat. I can help you better!' It's B.S.
