Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Just credited my account back.

Just do not deal with Perpay.

They are not a good company to deal with no accommodation no sincerity anything. It was just like it was my problem and those were my kids Christmas gifts.

Order was shipped out to the incorrect address. I contacted them and wanted me to report the loss or stolen item.

I couldn't select the order to report it as lost or stolen.

A $1000 order for three pairs of UGG boots was shipped out, and another package was sent to the same address, which was the wrong one. I still haven't heard back from customer service yet, and money is still being taken out of my account weekly for this purchase.

Fraudulent credit reporting that I have photographic proof from their own records is fraudulent, and they refuse to resolve the problem, which has been destroying my life for 5 years. So explain how they were allegedly closing my account while I was actively making payments.

Then explain how they were allegedly charging off my account while I paid it in full.

Then explain how my account, which is supposed to be closed and charged off, states specifically that my account is paid in full and I have an active $950 spending limit available. Then explain why they claim that once they report an account it stays there, yet the report of closure and charge off was made well after I paid the account in full, and you can see for yourselves the proof that they lied.

Why did you post a complaint on November 16 about eventually being denied $250 from Klover if you actively have $950 at Per Pay? Why try Klover if you have almost 4 times that amount here?

Yeah stupid that is not relevant because o haven't disputed that i am disputing the fraudulent report made in December after my account was paid in full and if you were paying any attention you would see that they never reported to the credit bureau until December 2021 after the account was paid in full and I am disputing the fraudulent report that me account was closed while I was actively making payments and the fraudulent claim that account was charged off while I a as actively making payments and of my account was closed and charged off I wouldn't show the notification that o paid in full and have an available credit limit of $950 nor would they be contacting me to advise me that are going to start charging me $5 monthly for my active membership. You seem to feel the need to demean people while ignoring the facts presented to you. Just stop and get your own life.

Terrible customer service

I recently ordered some cookware through Perpay; what they sent me was used, old, and mismatched cookware. I have made many attempts to get in touch with Perpay, but they refuse to give me a refund for these items, and this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.

I wouldn't treat a dog like this. I have no idea why they've been so uncooperative.

They will not give you a chance to talk to an actual live agent just automated and tell you to go to the chat bot online

I received old unmatching items in my order. Customer service absolutely refused to refund me my money. I have no idea what happened in their factories and why they would send me these old and used items, clearly not brand new and then not matching as well.

I'm new to Perpay. I was trying to place an order.

Perpay took my whole check instead of just the amount. A small portion was to go to Perpay and the rest to my checking account, and it all went to Perpay.

I tried to follow instructions, but I don't understand how to have my check deposited to my bank. Now I have no check, and there is no customer service love with Perpay.

I was going to purchase a PS5 console, and I was looking at the payment option. I put my employer ADP in and then decided not to go through with it, so I removed it from the cart, deleted it, and canceled the order.

I deactivated my account, and it still set up payments and took the 107 dollars out. I need my money back.

Horrible customer service

I was trying to place an order for items being bought as gifts. While checking out, there is a page to enter the shipping address, but nowhere to enter the recipient's name.

I do not live at the same address, and the shipping label was going to have my name on it as the recipient. When I contacted customer support, they had no fix and just said that is how their system is and did not have an answer or was able to fix the problem.
