I received a jug of Tide laundry detergent and it had leaked out into the box it was shipped in. There was approximately 1/3 of the laundry soap lost.
I have not yet to receive a call and I been emailing since 9 regarding my direct deposit... I received an over payment email so I'm waiting so yall can send it to my bank my new number is 980433**** email longtiesha1@***.com
I needed to talk to a person instead automated prompt me to leave messages. So I can't recommend this kind of machine to person service
I think it's a shame that you can't talk to anyone about your account to see if they can even help with the issue. It would be nice if I could speak to customer service to help me with my issue.
Everyone doesn't know how to get on the computer and do what you all are asking for us to do.
