Ive been trying for a month to get my deposit account set up and it keeps getting rejected and there are NO live agents to talk to, and the information they gave me on how to set up the deposit account is totally wrong.

I filed a claim form the day I received my iPad on Dec 29, 2025. I have yet to hear back.

When I received the item it was broken. I'm paying for something I can't use.

Not happy at all I need to return an item because its to big and its been just ridiculous trying to do it. Now Im paying for something that I cant even use I will never order again from Perpay. And onces Im done paying for what I ordered I will be canceling this account I dont want it anymore

I sent the email to council my account and to cancel my direct deposit. They told me it would be 24 hours from the time they sent me an email it has been 4 to 5 days now cuz it's Tuesday and still no one has respond to me. I believe your company is honestly garbage and the customer service is horrible.

Perpay has been terrible to work with simply based off of their customer service. It takes forever to get a hold of someone and even then, they dont read what you say. They say garbage until you point out you provided information proving what they stated was wrong. They said i am enrolled in a program to not be reported to credit companies but i have gotten 3 notifications this week.
They lie and will not honor the 90 days they "offered" me. I have not less than the promised days of being reported and they do not care.
