Checking my money status

I am contacting to see where the money is that is supposed to be replaced because I never wanted PayPal to take over the direct deposit of my job. The fact that they took $52 and they took $1.16, and I don’t have an account, and I am not able to call anyone because I do not have a card is insane to me.

I just want my money back. It really put me in a tough spot.

You not recognized my bank and I want to give you my routing number and account number.

I wish I could talk with a customer service person because I could set up my routing number and account number with no problem. My monthly funds are direct deposited into my account and I have other direct withdrawals and have had no problems.

Maybe someone could contact me via text or email so I can set up my account. Michelle

Address issue only want me to put in the suggested way

Not able to do address for order because the page won't allow me to select the suggested one . It won't scroll up enough.

Still not able to put the address in.

It keeps asking me for their way of the address to be selected but it doesn't allow me to move to it on the screen??? I really want to place the order ASAP.

It’s in regards to my credit card and my application which I didn’t knew I was approved for and I can’t contact anybody to let them know that I’m having difficulty logging in

My application for Perpay. I have tried numerous times to log in and have not been able to.

It keeps telling me I have the wrong email or the wrong password. Then the system tells me to try changing my password. I've tried that; it still doesn't let me log in because it doesn't send the necessary code. Then I got a message stating that I should hurry and use my $500 credit.

How can I use it when I can't log in?

Furthermore, I didn't know that I did have a credit, but it's very hard to reach anybody to find out exactly what needs to be done and what can be done, if anything. I'm getting really discouraged with this.

Package that got lost need my shippers address

I moved and my packages got delivered to my old address. My leasing office took it to a FedEx location.

The package couldn't be found because it was in route to the shipper! Already, Perpay is telling me they need a clear picture to verify things; however, the only picture I have can't be used by Perpay due to it not being clear! (Crazy) Now, FedEx is asking for my shipper's address because a new address populated on their end that's the shipper's address. I'm reaching out to still not get this properly resolved.

It's about to be going on a month in about 3 days. I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP!!!

On my paycheck, y'all took 11 dollars out. On the Perpay app, yall supposed to take $9.25 and it says I paid $19.25.

Im need yall to fix that ASAP !!! Yall are supposed to be taking ONLY $9.25.

Had to each reaching out again and again and put in the same ticket to be pick up and it never make the problem fix how hard can it be to switch emails when I sent a copy of what they needed seem like they received there payment without any issues but I can not get into my email smh it been almost a month

I sent the email to council my account and to cancel my direct deposit. They told me it would be 24 hours from the time they sent me an email it has been 4 to 5 days now cuz it's Tuesday and still no one has respond to me. I believe your company is honestly garbage and the customer service is horrible.

They were great up until they didn’t send my laptop and has not reached out to me. You cannot speak to a live person. There is no one that reaches back out but AI person

they were great up until they didnt send my laptop and they have not answered my calls. You cant get in touch with the person.

An AI comes back and talks to you and doesnt have any information.

It repeats the same information and doesnt help you get some real people working for you and get this issue resolved. Very unhappy.

I want to start my payments for my order

I want to start my payments for my order. My employer uses ADP for our payroll, but they have no clue what Perpay is.
